We load your owned stock during setup and map how your team actually writes it in notes — "white chairs," "garden chairs," "WG" all count as the same item. You update counts anytime.
How fast can we go live?+
Most setups take two to four weeks — including a two-week shadow run where the agent works side-by-side with your current dispatcher before you rely on it.
What if my notes are messy?+
That's normal. We build your alias map from real notes. Anything it can't read gets flagged under "Check Notes" — it never guesses.
Does it replace my dispatcher?+
